We are looking for a new team member for Scandic Winn.

What does the role entail?

In this role as Executive Head Chef, you are responsible for:

  • The kitchen, where you have the overall responsibility to ensure a world-class guest experience in our food and beverage environments. This means that together with your team, you ensure a high level of service and an offering that meets the guest's needs.

You report to the General Manager and work closely with other departments as well as our other two Scandic hotels.

You lead and develop the business and employees based on the company's strategy, goals, and local conditions. You have a passion for service, and through your leadership, you inspire and motivate your employees while creating the conditions for you to create outstanding guest experiences together. As part of the daily operations, you are responsible for planning and staffing based on the business's needs. You are part of the hotel's management group, which means you have overall responsibility for the entire hotel together with your colleagues.

You have previous experience leading others in a similar role, as well as relevant education and experience in the service industry. You have strong administrative skills, experience in financial planning and follow-up, and are accustomed to working with various system support tools. You also need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
